By accessing or using the SliknStoles Ghana website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

SliknStoles Ghana reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated or that an order cannot be fulfilled.

You agree not to use this service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the operation of the site or infringe on the rights of others.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. SliknStoles Ghana reserves the right to decline or cancel any order, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.

"Production started" means your design has been approved and the physical manufacturing process has begun. You will receive a notification when this stage is reached.

Design revisions requested within 24 hours of order confirmation are free of charge. Additional revisions or late-stage changes may be subject to extra fees.

All original designs, branding, logos, and visual assets on this website are the property of SliknStoles Ghana and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

By submitting images, logos, or other assets for inclusion in your design, you confirm that you have the right to use those materials and grant SliknStoles Ghana a limited licence to reproduce them solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SliknStoles Ghana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our service or products, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising in connection with an order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order.

SliknStoles Ghana is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control ("force majeure" events). We will, however, communicate any such delays promptly.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
